Exchange Policy

If the product you received does not meet your expectations or has a defect, you may request an exchange in accordance with the policy below.
1. Conditions for Exchange
You may request an exchange under the following circumstances:

Defective product: The item shows visible defects, damage, or does not match the description.

Incorrect size: If the product size does not fit, you may exchange it for another size of the same item.

Not as expected: If the product differs in style, color, or function from what you expected, you may exchange it for another model or item.
2. Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

Returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels included
3. Exchange Procedure

Submit Your Request
We will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions. -
Return the Product
Please send the item to the following return address:

Confirmation and Replacement Shipment
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement within 2–5 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect item: The return and reshipping costs will be covered by FengchiElectricCar.com.

Other reasons (e.g., size issue or change of mind): The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the proof of shipment.
5. Refund Option (If the Customer Prefers a Refund Instead of an Exchange)
If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange, we will process your refund within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The refunded amount will usually appear in your account within 5–7 business days, for a total estimated refund time of about 10 business days (including bank processing time).
