  • The product may be returned for personal reasons (for example, unsuitable size or style), provided that it remains intact.

2. Non-returnable Products

For hygiene or personalization reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Mattresses, pillows, bedding, and other products related to personal health;

  • Customized products or products made according to customer requirements.

3. Return Procedure

Submit a Return Request
We will process your request within 48 business hours and provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Send Back the Product
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the return address.
Please send back the product according to the instructions and keep the shipping proof.

4. Return and Shipping Fees

If the product has no defect, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is defective, damaged, or inconsistent with the order, FengchiElectricCar.com will bear the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
Return label: included in the package; Restocking fee: none.

5. Refund Process

Refund Method:
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).

Refund Timeframe:
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Depending on your bank’s processing time, the refunded amount will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days,
for a total estimated refund period of no more than 10 business days.

The return shipping cost will be covered by FengchiElectricCar.com.

If the return reason is not related to product quality (such as size, color, or style), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is used, damaged, or incomplete, the return or refund request may be rejected.
